Orders Shipped to US Customers:
We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags attached and in their original clear garment packaging with the SKU label. Please note that we do not offer exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on the tracking information), and the items must be shipped back within 7 days of submitting the request in order to qualify for a full refund.
For split package orders, the return window begins on the delivery date of the final package in the order.
Orders that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
